At Microsafe Aqua, our disc technology utilizes color-coded polymeric discs that are diagonally grooved on both sides to a precise micron size. These discs are stacked and compressed on a spine with alternating groove directions, creating a filtration element with numerous channels that effectively capture solids. Our disc stack is housed in a durable, corrosion-resistant, and pressure-resistant casing.
Water Types
At Microsafe Aqua, our depth filtration technology is versatile and can effectively treat various types of water with high levels of contaminants. Our filters have a high dirt load capacity, and we can use chemicals and coagulation/flocculation to provide combined treatment solutions.

Self-Cleaning
Our backwash process involves pressurized water flowing in reverse direction from the nozzles upwards, which suspends the filter bed and releases suspended matter from the bedding. This allows the dirt particles to be flushed out of the filter through the backflush valve, ensuring efficient filtration of the water.
